We have created various options, that will cater for all ages, bodies and fitness desires.
High Intensity Training
High Intensity Interval training (HIIT) is a training technique using quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. The magic of HIIT classes, is that it keeps your body burning fat even after you leave the gym. It is extremely effective for transforming your physique. Whether you are a novice or an expert, the classes are designed to push you to the next level.
Stretching is usually used to warm up and wind down before and after a work out. You can also use stretching exercises to increase muscle control, flexibility, and range of motion. Your Trainer will guide you through a progression of stretches to improve all-round flexibility and mobility. You will see whole-body benefits, we place specific focus on the problem areas and muscle groups affected by the HIIT classes.
Punch & Defence
Punch: Our expert professional boxer and MMA trainer, has created a cardio punch session incorporating boxing movements. He ensures his sessions are always hard but still fun, promising to get the best out of you.
Defence: Our Defence class incorporates a mixture of Kickboxing and Martial Arts to provide an enjoyable cardiovascular workout. The class is taught by our professional Mixed Martial Artist with a current record of 4-2, IBJJF British National Jiu Jitsu Championship Gold Medalist, 2 time WCMMA Light-Heavyweight Champion and a Kickboxing Instructor to name but a few qualifications!
Social Media can be fantastic but can also have negative effects on teenagers. G&T Teens offers nutrition and fitness classes designed to help them feel good about themselves whilst staying healthy.
The sessions will consist of HIIT classes suitable for growing bodies.
