Here at The Gym and Tonic Club, we are ‘building a healthy community, one individual at a time’. We aim to provide a bespoke approach for all our members and clients, whether you are looking to lose weight, improve your health and fitness or recover from injury, we are here for you. 

Personal Training

1-1 personal training is perfect if you are getting back into training after a while, or just need a little more of a hands on approach to get you towards your goals. One of our specialist trainers will work with you individually to design a workout programme specific to your requirements.

Group Sessions

With a maximum of 6 people per trainer our group sessions are run as semi-private personal training. Get all the benifits of a personalised approach with the support of your friends and pears around to support you. Our timetable has the variety needed to benifit all areas of your health and fitness.

Specialist rehab

Our team have expert experience in injury rehab and the management of chronic musculoskeletal pain. We believe that exercise and movement is for everyone regardless of your background, injury profile or fitness level. We are always on hand to help return you to exercise and ensure you are safe.
