Kimon is a qualified personal trainer and has always been passionate about all kinds of fitness. He has a Degree in Sport and Exercise Science. He is a huge functional training enthusiast and loves competing in Brazilian Jui-Jitsu. Kimon is extremely passionate about the positive effects training can have on a client’s life. He believes that exercise improves confidence, enhances will power and guarantees overall happiness. When asked how he keeps his love of fitness fresh, he states “Time and time again, I’m reminded of the positive effects exercise has on my own physical and psychological well-being, and my appreciation for what our bodies and minds can achieve is ever increasing. As a Personal Trainer, I want to share my enthusiasm, encourage a happier lifestyle, and help clients realise what their body is capable of. I believe that with the right training program, a bit of determination and support, anyone can achieve their goals”
Modestas is our very own Mr Miyagi from Karate Kid. As well as being a personal trainer, he is a Professional Mixed Martial Artist since May 2015 with a Current record of 4-2, IBJJF British National Jiu Jitsu Championship Gold Medalist, 2 time WCMMA Light-Heavyweight Champion and a Kickboxing Instructor to name but a few qualifications! He absolutely loves teaching kids or adults and gets a real satisfaction from seeing progression in a client, both emotionally and physically. Finding what works best for each client and being as specific as possible for them to achieve their personal goals is massively important to him. He has an intense fascination about the human body and how it reacts to certain stimuluses (i.e. through nutrition and different training methods). He only gives credible information to a client so that they can then use it in a productive manner cutting out some of the irrelevant or incorrect information portrayed by the media. He feels he has the best job in the world and can’t wait to see all our transformations.
Will is a qualified personal trainer with a passion for Rugby. After many rugby achievements over the years, he is now a trained coach, as well as a key player for rugby union semi-professionally. Will has a Diploma in Sport and Exercise Science, as well a level 3 BTEC National Award in Sport (Performance and Excellence). He is a highly motivated individual who strives for success and gets huge satisfaction helping others achieve their goals. From his own personal experiences of rehabilitation from sport injuries, Will is meticulous on form, making sure you not only get the best out of the exercise, working every muscle to its maximum but that you are doing it correctly ensuring your body stays safe. Will is also great at creating new exercises for those of you who are recovering from an injury, still giving you a full work out but protecting the areas that are healing. Fast and ferocious on the rugby pitch, our very own gentle giant will definitely push you to your limits.
Danielle is a charismatic and fun instructor. Her infectious attitude will uplift you to push through when the going gets tough, so prepare to sweat and achieve your goals! She initially got into fitness in 2013 when she herself started her weight loss journey. Danielle lost 35kg through sheer determination and a controlled diet plan. She hopes to inspire all her clients and is always happy to share her knowledge both physically and nutritionally. An hour with Danielle, will leave you feeling pumped with those happy endorphins, setting you up for the rest of the day. If you’re really lucky, she may even sing along! Don’t be fooled by this cute bundle of energy, she will work you harder than anyone.
