Group Classes

We run a variety of group classes throughout the week. We always ensure that there is a maximum of five clients for one trainer. This ensures you get as much 1:1 attention as possible, helping you get the most out of your training. Think of our sessions more as semi-private personal training rather than the traditional group exercise.

Personal Training

Personal Training is a great way of accelerating your progress. It allows you to get out of the group environment and have a little more TLC. Personal training would be reccommend for those who may have a variety of injury problems or who wish to recieve a bespoke programme, designed specifically around you.

Physical Assessments

Each new member receives a thorough movement screen, physical evaluation (including body composition analysis) and injury assessment from our highly skilled team. We endeavour to make your training as bespoke to your own goals as is possible, and will treat you as an individual, not just  number.                              

Injury Rehab

Our Rehab specialist Ross Milne, will work closley with you to provide a well rounded approach to injury management. With hands on therapy, expert injury diagnosis and biomechanical expertise, we are sure to get you fighting fit and moving better.

Our Classes

Strength training is integral to improving your health and well being. It is also one of the most efficient tools we have to help with weight loss and body composition. Strength training allows us to build more muscle. Don’t panic, this doesn’t mean getting big and bulky. Having more muscle mass improves our metabolic rate, which means more calories burnt at rest. Win Win! Strength training is also integral to bullet proofing you against injury and help prevent the effects of aging.

High Intensity Interval training (HIIT) is a training technique using quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. The magic of HIIT classes, is that it keeps your body burning fat even after you leave the gym. It is extremely effective for transforming your physique. Whether you are a novice or an expert, the classes are designed to push you to the next level.

injury rehab

We run rehab as well as injury prevention sessions to help all our members stay fighting fit. The high demand of HIIT and Strength training means the occasional rehab or movement session is a key component of your weekly activity. In order to train at our very best, we must also recover to the best of our ability. This means listening to your body, moving better and choosing a rest day before it becomes too late. Here at G&T we ensure we keep you on your feet to get the results you strive for.

We host a Sunday yoga session to allow for a slightly more relaxed end to the week.

An essential class for all new members especially those who may have a little less gym experience. We run through all the prime movement patterns involved in your exercise classes, giving you the confidence and skill set you need to get the most out of your training. Ever had trouble with squats, lunges, rows, push ups, planks, this class is perfect to get you on track


Does what it says on the tin. We have boxing in our diary four times per week. Boxing is a great opportunity to mix up your routine a little, while continuing to get a hell of a sweat on.
